I first contacted Rose during the peak of the Corona- Virus pandemic, during those difficult time I had a tenant taking advantage of my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the situation was uncontrollable and had to wait patiently until the eviction was handled properly and finalized. In the meantime, the Townhouse Association had a heap of compliances that needed to be adhere to. Fast forward, I reached out to Rose again towards the end of April 2021 and we picked up from where we left off. Rose diligently and professionally explained the process of selling the townhouse. On May 01, 2021 the property was on the market; we received 2 strong offers and went into contract 2 weeks of listing the property with a Cash Buyer. We were able to close on the sale of our townhome about 2 months from when the tenant vacated the premises and despite all the issues with the HOA. ROSE is a phenomenal realtor and will get the job done!

We chose Rose Thompson to list our home for sale, and she delivered results beyond our expectations.
Starting with the first presentation, Rose explained every step of the way and helped us become comfortable with the process. She presented accurate comps with detailed reasoning, which resulted in the appraisal matching our full asking price. She offered specific feedback for staging our home, decluttering, and rearranging furniture. The photography, 3D walkthrough, and drone shots were spectacular.

We were new to the Southern Florida area when by chance we met Rose at an open house and boy were we so lucky to have met her. Rose possesses a unique attribute as she listened attentively to our house buying criteria and showed us only the type of houses we desired. She had a through grasp on all existing inventory.
